FaithBuilders Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
FaithBuilders does not require an account, and it does not ask for your name, email address, or any other contact information.
Syncing with iCloud
Your journal entries, favorites, and streak counts are stored on your device and, when you are signed in to iCloud, synced through your private iCloud database so they appear on your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account. They are never sent to the developer. Deleting the app removes the copy on that device; the synced copy stays in your iCloud until you delete it in your iCloud settings. You can delete a journal entry at any time by clearing its note, and you can remove a favorite by tapping its star again. If you are not signed in to iCloud, everything stays only on your device.
What you choose to send
If you use "Suggest a quote/verse," the verse and optional reference you type, together with today's date, are sent to the developer through an online form so your suggestion can be reviewed. That is the only information sent to the developer, and nothing else is attached to it. Suggestions are limited to 3 per day on each device, and only suggestions that are actually sent count toward the limit. Suggestions you send are kept with the form's responses so they can be reviewed. To ask for a suggestion you sent to be removed, or to ask a question about privacy, use "Suggest a quote/verse" and say so in your message.
Quote updates
On launch, the app checks the developer's website for an updated list of quotes. That check sends no personal information.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app schedules a daily quote reminder on your device. No information leaves your device for notifications.
Children
The app is intended for general audiences. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before sending a suggestion.
We do not sell personal information, and the app contains no advertising.
If this statement changes, the updated version will appear here.
